WARRANTY LIABILITIES
We constantly improve the quality of our products, but in small-scale production, it is very difficult to foresee everything. The design of our products is so reliable that there is practically nothing to break down there. However, if any button or carabiner has a defect (this happens very rarely, but still happens), do not worry. All CODE:UNIK products come with a lifetime warranty.
For free warranty repairs, please contact me via Telegram +7 903 614-96-78. As a rule, any hardware can be replaced right in front of you. Even if it is not covered by warranty, I’ll still do my best to help you. If you do not live in Moscow, simply send me photos with a description of the problem by any means convenient to you. Please do not forget to include your mobile phone number. I will definitely get in touch with you and try to find a way to fix the fault.
Remember that products made of genuine leather require proper care and storage. Scratches and scuffs caused by natural wear and tear, or caused by chemical or mechanical influences not provided by the generally accepted norms of use of these products, are not defects.
CONDITIONS OF RETURNING THE GOODS
If for any reason the goods purchased in our online store didn’t suit you, just return it to the courier. We will offer you exchange options or refund the money. You are entitled to return it within a period of not more than 7 days from the receipt. The relevant application can be emailed to info@codeunik.ru or simply call +7 903 593-89-76. Delivery costs for returning goods of satisfactory quality will not be reimbursed.
Returns are possible under the following conditions:- the product has not been used;
- the product's appearance, completeness and packaging have been preserved;
- there are no signs of wear or external damage;
- a document confirming the purchase has been provided.
Exchanges and returns are at the buyer's expense. You can call a courier yourself or come to the CODE:UNIK studio, having arranged an appointment in advance.
