We constantly improve the quality of our products, but in small-scale production, it is very difficult to foresee everything. The design of our products is so reliable that there is practically nothing to break down there. However, if any button or carabiner has a defect (this happens very rarely, but still happens), do not worry. Guarantee for all products CODE: UNIK – 12 months from the date of purchase.

For free warranty repairs, you can contact our workshop. As a rule, any metal accessories can be replaced directly in your presence. Even if this is not a warranty case, we will still try to help you. If you do not live in Moscow, then just send us photos describing the problem in any convenient way for you. Do not forget to attach a copy of the check and indicate your mobile phone number. We will immediately contact you and try to find a way to repair a defect.

Remember that products made of genuine leather require proper care and storage. Scratches and scuffs caused by natural wear and tear, or caused by chemical or mechanical influences not provided by the generally accepted norms of use of these products, are not defects.

CONDITIONS OF RETURNING THE GOODS 

If for any reason the goods purchased in our online store didn’t suit you, just return it to the courier. We will offer you exchange options or refund the money. Exchanges and returns are at the buyer's expense. You can call a courier yourself or come to us by making an appointment in advance.
